SHERI MARKMAN

SIS Fitness was established with the goal to inspire, motivate, and change the lives of others. Three years ago, during the pandemic, I discovered the impact a healthy lifestyle can have. My whole life changed for the better. I started a challenge called “The 75 Hard”. The 75 Hard Challenge pushed me in ways I’ve never experienced. Since then, fitness has become my passion, lifestyle, and therapy. Without fitness I would still be waking up daily dreading my day walking into graduate school pursuing a degree I didn’t care for and not being happy with what was in the mirror. Fitness has given me strength both physically and mentally, confidence, self-love, mental toughness, new physical abilities, and more.

What separates me from other personal trainers is my ability to help clients reach their goals while creating a fun and supportive environment. I create a connection with each of my clients which makes me unique. Every session is individualized.
